Account Deletion
Customers and salon owners may request deletion of their GlowBook account and associated personal information.

1. Request deletion
Email support@glowbookpro.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my GlowBook account”. Include your full name and account role. We may verify identity or account ownership.
2. What happens
- Account access will be disabled.
- Profile information and content no longer required will be deleted or anonymized.
- Active salon bookings should be completed, cancelled, or transferred first.
3. Information that may be retained
Limited information may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, financial records, enforcement of agreements, or restricted backups. It will not be used for unrelated marketing.
4. Timing and help
Requests will be acknowledged and handled within a reasonable period after verification. Contact support first if you only need to change an email, correct profile information, or recover access.
