Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GlowBook handles personal information belonging to customers, salons, and staff.

Last updated: 18 July 2026

1. Controller and contact

GlowBook operates the GlowBook platform from Morocco. Privacy requests can be sent to support@glowbookpro.com.

2. Information collected

  • Account details such as name, email, phone number, authentication data, and role.
  • Booking details such as salon, service, date, time, staff assignment, notes, and status.
  • Salon and staff details such as business profile, services, photos, schedules, absences, and availability.
  • Support messages and technical information needed for operation, security, and error diagnosis.

3. Purposes

  • Create and secure accounts.
  • Create, manage, confirm, update, and cancel bookings.
  • Let salons manage services, staff, schedules, clients, and appointments.
  • Send verification, password reset, booking, and support communications.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access and comply with law.

4. Sharing and processors

Customers, salons, and authorized salon staff receive the information reasonably necessary to manage a booking. Service providers may process information for hosting, database, authentication, email, storage, and security. Current providers may include Supabase, Vercel, and Zoho. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

5. International processing

Some providers may process or store information outside Morocco. GlowBook will take the contractual, organizational, and regulatory steps required for lawful transfers.

6. Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with law, and preserve legitimate records. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable Moroccan law, you may request access, correction, opposition to certain processing, withdrawal of consent where applicable, and account deletion. We may verify your identity before acting. Send requests to support@glowbookpro.com.

8. Minors, storage, and changes

A parent or legal guardian should manage bookings for minors where appropriate. GlowBook uses essential browser storage for authentication, security, and language preferences. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change.

This launch draft is general information and should be reviewed by a qualified Moroccan lawyer before paid commercial launch.
