Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern customer, salon owner, staff, and administrator use of GlowBook.
Last updated: 18 July 2026
1. Acceptance and accounts
By creating an account, making a booking, or using GlowBook, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, use the correct role, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
2. GlowBook’s role
GlowBook provides booking and salon-management technology. Salons are independent businesses responsible for their services, staff, licences, hygiene, safety, prices, availability, and customer care. GlowBook is not normally the provider of the beauty or wellness service.
3. Bookings
A booking request is subject to availability and may remain pending until confirmed. Customers must provide reachable contact details and attend at the agreed time. Salons must keep services, prices, schedules, and availability accurate and communicate changes promptly.
4. Cancellations and service disputes
Each salon may publish its own cancellation, lateness, deposit, refund, and no-show policy. Any charge-related policy must be clearly communicated before payment. Customers and salons should first try to resolve service disputes directly; GlowBook may assist with platform records and technical issues.
5. Prices, payments, subscriptions, and trials
GlowBook does not currently process customer payments for salon services unless a payment option is clearly displayed. Customers normally pay the salon directly. GlowBook may offer trials and paid salon plans; the plan details shown at signup or purchase govern. Paid billing will not start until price, cycle, renewal, cancellation, and refund information are clearly presented.
6. Content and acceptable use
Users retain ownership of uploaded content but allow GlowBook to host, display, resize, and process it to operate and promote the platform. Users must own or be authorized to use uploaded photos, logos, and descriptions. Fraud, fake bookings, harassment, illegal services, unauthorized access, scraping, malware, security bypass, and misuse of personal data are prohibited.
7. Suspension, availability, and liability
GlowBook may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create legal or security risk. We aim to keep the platform reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, GlowBook is not responsible for the acts, omissions, service quality, or professional results of independent salons. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Law, complaints, and changes
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution through support@glowbookpro.com. GlowBook may update these Terms and will communicate material changes where appropriate.
This launch draft is general information and should be reviewed by a qualified Moroccan lawyer before paid commercial launch.
